Family in town for Thanksgiving

We had a full house over the Thanksgiving weekend. We had 10 extra people and an extra dog. YIKES! Most of them boys.... need I say more. It was really nice having family in town. Hannah enjoyed playing with her cousins. She doesn't get to see them often enough. We all took a drive up Mt. Lemon and went to the Cookie Cabin for cookies and hot chocolate. Yummy! Hannah and a couple others got a little car sick on the way up. Hopefully Hannah doesn't take after me. I was always car sick when I was younger. I threw up A LOT. I was not allowed to sit in the front seat. Anyway it was sad to see everyone go. Back to being Quiet again. Can't wait for Christmas.

Happy Halloween!

Halloween.... where did the year go? As you can see Hannah was a bumble bee for Halloween and we dressed up as Woody & Jessie from Toy Story 2. That darn Jessie wig was sooooooo heavy. We had a lot of fun though. Charles is working nights now and going to school 2 nights a week. It will be a small adjustment. Still here in Arizona... Dreaming of moving someday, but I think we will be here for quite some time. We have made some really good friends. It would be hard to leave them all behind. Well, that's about it... maybe I'll think of something better to say next time. Looking forward to Thanksgiving.

All grown up!

We had a double birthday party for Hannah & her little friend Kayliegh at the Park. It was a blast but unfortunately we did not get many pictures. It got dark and really windy before we knew it and we had to serve the cake in the dark (no candles, hence the wind). I can't believe Hannah is 2. Blows my mind!
The following weekend we took a trip to Apple Annies in Wilcox, Az. We picked pumkins and lots of veggies. Yum! We also ate some really yummie apple pie for lunch. Enjoy the slideshow......

Potty Trainging 101

I haven't really attempted potty training. She has gone a coupde of times on the potty, but thats about it. Today she came running down the hallway and yelled "mommy I went poopy". I thought she was kidding as usual. I was wrong.... I found "you know what" in the potty. I guess she is going to potty train herself. Yippy! I think I like that idea. Sorry no pictures of this.....

Acosta Getaway Sept 2008

We went to visit my family in Utah. Hannah had so much fun. She loved that she saw horses and cows everyday. She loved feeding the horses, but when we gave her the chance to ride one she quickly decided against it. We loaded up the 4 wheelers and headed to the mountains on one occasion. We rode them 18 miles and Hannah fell asleep on the way back to camp. How anyone could sleep on that bumpy ride...... I'll nevery know. When we drove home we stopped and stayed a few nights with our friends who live in Albaquerque. Hannah enjoyed playing with the 7 six week old shitzu puppies. Here are some pictures of our vacation. Enjoy!
